Welcome to GenBatch ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate as an "eenmanszaak" (sole proprietorship) registered in the Netherlands. Our service provides an AI image and video generation platform accessible via our website and application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GenBatch. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are permitted to use only one account per person.
Users may register via Google OAuth or standard email/password authentication. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
GenBatch offers AI content generation, specifically image generation (powered by Nano Banana 2) and video generation (powered by Veo 3.1). Please note that our service operates in a beta, experimental nature. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantee for availability or performance.
Our service operates on a "wallet" system. You may top up your wallet via accepted payment methods (such as Stripe). Using your wallet balance, you may purchase "Day Pass" credit bundles.
Right of Withdrawal: As our credits constitute digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under EU Directive 2011/83/EU upon purchasing credits or topping up your wallet.
Goodwill Policy: If you experience issues with our service, contact us at [email protected]. We handle refund and credit restoration requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Your Rights: You are granted full rights to download, edit, and distribute the output generated via GenBatch for both personal and commercial use. Please be aware that under current legal frameworks, AI-generated content might not qualify for global copyright protection.
Our License: By generating content, you grant GenBatch a continuous, worldwide, royalty-free operational license to host, store, and deliver the content as necessary to provide you with the service (e.g., displaying it in your dashboard or on public share links).
Our generation capabilities rely on upstream AI providers. By using GenBatch, you also agree to comply with the acceptable use policies of these underlying providers. GenBatch is not liable for service disruptions, output censorship, or policy changes enforced by these third-party APIs.
You agree not to use GenBatch to generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or harmful content. Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is strictly prohibited and explicitly blocked by our automated moderation systems. Prompts are limited to a maximum of 500 characters, and rate limits apply to prevent abuse.
Furthermore, you may not build "wrappers" around our UI, reverse-engineer our internal APIs, or resell/redistribute access to our service without explicit written permission from GenBatch.
You have the option to share your generated content publicly via GenBatch share links. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws regarding the content you choose to share publicly.
DMCA / Notice & Action: If you believe a public GenBatch link hosts infringing or illegal content, report it to [email protected]. In accordance with the EU Notice and Action directive, GenBatch will promptly investigate and remove the content upon receipt of a valid notification.
You agree to indemnify and hold GenBatch harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, the content you generate, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use policy. Users may also choose to delete their account. Upon termination for cause, any remaining credits or wallet balances are forfeited without a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenBatch provides the service "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you paid GenBatch in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue aspects of the service, adjust pricing, or implement maintenance modes at any time. We will endeavor to notify active users of significant upcoming changes.
GenBatch shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party API outages or policy changes, internet or infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other events of force majeure.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide notification of material changes. Your continued use of GenBatch after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
