To handle this, we've implemented a background generation system: if the immediate service is busy, your job runs in the background, and we'll notify you as soon as it's done. If the service unfortunately goes down completely during your pass, you will always get your credit's worth back. We work hard to mitigate downtimes as much as possible.

No! We use a pay-on-success model, which means credits are only deducted after a successful generation. If a job fails, it's automatically retried for free — you won't be charged for unsuccessful attempts.

Yes, videos generated with VEO 3.1 include a small visible watermark in the corner of the output. This is added by the underlying model and cannot be disabled. A few practical workarounds: (1) zoom in or crop slightly during editing to cut it out, (2) place your own logo or text overlay on top of it, or (3) use a dedicated watermark removal tool in your video editor. Most users find these quick fixes work well for polished final content.
For reference image uploads, we support PNG, JPEG, and WebP formats with a maximum file size of 10MB per image.
Yes! Every generation has a public shareable link that you can send to anyone. Recipients don't need a GenBatch account to view the results.
