Each day pass gives you 24 hours of access. Unused credits expire when your pass does to ensure network capacity. However, Wallet funds (*dollar balance*) never expire.
Yes. Contact support within 14 days for a refund on unused credits. Please note, our system automatically only deductions credits from your balance if a generation *succeeds*.
Generations are priced simply: 1 credit = 1 image. Video generations using Veo 3.1 cost 2 credits per 8-second video clip. A full scene (Image + Video) costs 3 credits.
